Role Overview

• We are seeking a Learning Technical Design professional responsible for designing and delivering high quality technical learning programs. This role focuses on creating engaging, scalable, and effective learning experiences by partnering with technical SMEs and global L&D teams.

• Responsibilities
• Design and develop technical learning programs including modules, assessments, learning aids, and structured learning paths.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate technical knowledge into engaging and learner centric experiences.
• Create storyboards, microlearning modules, video scripts, and scenario based learning content.
• Develop high quality instructional materials such as job aids, technical documentation, and training plans.
• Manage, configure, and administer learning programs within the Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Cornerstone.
• Create and manage video based learning content using Synthesia or similar AI based video tools.
• Ensure learning content is well structured, accessible, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Use learning design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms to build interactive content.
• Track learner engagement metrics, maintain dashboards, and support reporting to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with global L&D teams to enhance learning templates, learning pathways, and program delivery standards.

• Qualifications & Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Technical Training environments.
• Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proven experience developing high quality learning content including modules, assessments, videos, and instructional documentation.
• Hands on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Cornerstone.
• Experience creating video based learning content using Synthesia or similar video authoring tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent e learning platforms.
• Exposure to technical learning environments (cloud, AI, software engineering, or technical training) is highly preferred.
• Experience working with global or cross regional teams is an added advantage.
